# Family profiles

A household is one account with a profile for each person.

## Add a person

In **Settings**, open the household section and add a person. Choose their role, such as adult, child or elder.

## Private spaces

Each profile has its own chats, memory and agents. What one person shares stays their own choice.

## Switching

Switch between profiles from the account menu. Switching is deliberate and does not share one person's private space with another.

## Simple mode

For people who prefer to speak and want less on screen, turn on simple mode for their profile.

## Looking after the account

The person who holds the household account looks after it, including any future payment. Safety reminders keep working for everyone.

## Removing a profile

Removing a profile erases that person's space.
