#What Jambu stores

• your account details (name, email, region, language)
• what you tell Jambu: context, memory, goals, reminders
• your chats, and short notes about each chat
• documents you add to your library

#What it is used for

Only to give you the service: answering, remembering, reminding. Not for ads, and not sold.

#Who can see it

You. In a household, each person's space is their own. Jambu's staff do not read your private chats as a matter of course. Operational logs avoid personal content.

#AI providers

To answer, Jambu sends the part of your conversation it needs to an AI model provider. Only what is needed for that answer is sent.

#Your controls

• see, edit and delete your context and memory
• delete chats
• switch off what each agent may read
• sign out of devices, and close your account

#Children

Child profiles are meant to be set up by a family member, and have private spaces.
